The automaker has been officially updated its online configurator with the new Model 3 2021 refresh which packs quite a few more updates.
Tesla has made new efficiency improvements together with the new heat pump system & it has delivered longer range across the lineup.

Range -

The Tesla Model 3 Long Range Dual Motors gets a 30 mile range increase to 353 miles (568km).
  • Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus, increased to 263 miles from 250 miles
  • Tesla Model 3 Performance, increased to 315 miles from 299 miles
The automaker has used a new “efficiency package” that improves efficiency & resulting in the longer range.
The EPA test results will let us know more about the improved efficiency.

Other Features -
The new Model 3 is also getting a powered trunk, new double paned windows,
new wheels and several aesthetic changes.
Tesla adopted the chrome delete as they did for the Model Y.
The interior has been changed with the new metallic finish steering wheel which is now apparently heated & the new center console.
Tesla has slightly updated 18″ & 19″ wheel designs, and they have brought the new 20’’ Überturbine Wheels to the sedan.

The automaker has also brought back the auto dimming mirror.

0 - 60 mph -

All Model 3 versions have shaved another tenth of a second at now 3.1 seconds to get to 60 mph.

------
There are some smaller changes like a graphite trim near the seat control and
Few other changes can be expected under the hood. Those could be identified
Once the vehicle is delivered.

Heat pump wouldn't affect EPA range as it isn't taken into account. More likely they've just eaten into the battery buffer with software to gain a bit more range.

If it wasn't for that you be looking at a "refresh" consisting of black trim, bit of interior plastic changed and some boot struts. With the extra range it might hook some more buyers so they can push for record year sales to keep the money train rolling.

I wish they'd just be more transparent with the spec of the car on the site and at least issue a press release detailing the changes and when they've been implemented.

Nope. Teslas are treated on the 5 cycle EPA test which includes a cold weather test.

That's for the US. 7 day return still applies in the UK

Seems likely that Europe will see some better quality builds before we get some German built models...

My impression from Twitter and other forums is that China is currently only making LHR, so while China will export to multiple countries in Europe, for now UK's will all be made in America.
