The listing doesn't match up to the standard or style of the other cars that are listed for sale on that account. It specifically says to email a dodgy looking address (with foreign registration attached to it) to discuss that car unlike the others for sale too.

Definitely a hacked account with scam listings imo.

If that was the case would you really want to draw attention to yourself by advertising the cheapest Tesla in the UK? In my mind it's likely just aa scam listing to draw the impulsive and/or gullible people in and get them to part with some money.
