I've currently got an issue with my leaf, vampire 12v drain, relay clicking (inside the IPDM E/R) - 2016 Leaf Green Ignition Relay - My Nissan Leaf Forum this is the discussion from the other forum...
Seems to be related to the VCM control of the charge port lid opener--that is the only function on fuse #3 in the 2015 FSM.
This comment gives me hope, but my car is currently (12v) dead (got a ups hooked up with a battery charge and going to revive at lunch tomorrow to take it somewhere I can actually plug it in lol) - I'm going to give that fuse pull a try to check the clicking - anyone saw this before or have any ideas?
(My leaf is a 2016 24KwH - but my IPDM is the X2 one - the same as in the video, my relay clicking seems to line up but just doesn't sound as crisp - likely due to being over exercised already by constant running and lower than ideal voltage)
