Interesting problem with my 2020 Niro EV, took delivery back on 25 March. The dealer apparently did not perform their delivery checklist. I am unable to active UVO, the activation option is greyed out and modem status info screen, reports activation state: Factory (0), I called UVO customer service and opened ticket. They had me reset the head unit a few times (small button next to volume) but that did not resolve the issue.

They are advising that a "factory remote reset" needs to be performed by the dealership. Anyone else encounter this?
