Hi, am getting 'There's a problem. We were unable to connect you unit' error when trying to add my new home charger in the Pod-Point app on iOS Device.
Have contacted support but they are taking forever to get back to me.
Any one else had this and know a fix?

Are you sure the unit is connected to your WIFI OK - what is the light on it doing? Who fitted it?

I had this problem with mine (fitted by local electrician) and ended up phoning them and they then resolved.
