I thought I'd read that this was some bug that affected the i-Miev rather than a more general issue with the RC's?

Many drivers are reporting issues not just i-Miev... CHAdeMO is old technology and IMO should be reliable.

I know there are issues but this case seems unusually bad.

I also hope the helpline remains EV brand agnostic - "Ecotricity help line not answering anymore"

What leads you to think they weren't answering just because it was an i-Miev driver??
