I wish to share a conversion website which I have found to be quite useful in converting EV economy figures.
We use miles per kWh here. In other countries the EV economy is reported as kWh per 100km. Bjørn Nyland uses watt hour per km in his videos. In the US they use a conversion from miles per kWh to MPGe of petrol (or gasoline as is it know there) so as to compare EV economy to ICE vehicles.
To be able convert and compare the all these different EV economy units I use the link below.
The same website has a calculator for cost of charging an EV. This is the only calculator that I have found that allows you to enter charging loss to get a more accurate estimate of costs.
