Anyone else had a problem with UVO resetting and going back to the login page?
I also need to reset my password and get partway through the process and it resets again.
Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it.

HELP

Do you have any other problems on your phone?
Is there a problem with a weak wifi signal?
Using any unusual characters in the password? Try with a simple password first, then change it later.
UVO app has been rock solid for me.

Sorted!
I didn’t realise that I was trying to connect to the car so I should have been sitting in it!
I also needed to set up the UVO app inside the car.
None of this explained anywhere in the handbook or by salesman as handover was a brief as possible (social distancing).

Now sorted and it might help someone else to know all this.
