Their creative commons license says no commercial and, more restrictively, no derivatives. Not sure how they can put that on a derivative of a standard parking disk design though?

That aside, I've put the feelers out on getting this done in the UK, will report back as soon as aI hear anything.

If someone would like to get permission to use the design and modify as required then ZCW will sponsor the first 100. This overcomes the commercial challenge at least

As said above, I've put some feelers out, have a feeling we're looking at LARGE minimum order volumes for custom work like this.
