I have a 30kw 66 plate leaf.

Had it serviced about a month ago and every time I turn the car on the message maintenance other 1 shows on the dashboard for a few seconds.

Nissan want me to take the car in but I'd rather see if it's something simple for me to fix because Nissan are about 45 mins away.

I have s feeling it might be something to do with the service and just resetting it.

Any ideas, thanks

It sounds like the maintenance service reminder schedule thing. You can set them yourself at whatever mileage you like to remind you that it’s service time, or turn them off if you don’t find them useful.

Looks like your dealer forgot to reset maintenance reminder 1 which comes on after the set mileage since it was last reset has been exceeded. Had this happen with my Leaf, but as it was set to come on after 18,500 miles and I was only doing about 7,000 miles per year it meant that they had missed it on two successive services.
