So had my lease Pro Style delivered today (pre-reg 70 plate) and it's got some bits i wasn't expecting (heated seats, heated steering wheel, dual zone climate are what I've found so far).

Looking at the brochure, admittedily for the 2021 range, the style options don't include these. It could be the "comfort plus" pack but then i don't think it has the raised centre console or variable boot floor.

So I'm guessing at some point they changed up the variant options.

Does anyone have an old 2020 brochure or can link me to the options i have please?

The brochure lists what ‘Style’ has on top of the bass ‘Life’ trim. Most of the options you mention are standard on all trims, so would be listed under ‘Life’.

Nothing - spec wise - has changed since launch.

Everything you list apart from the dual climate control are standard on the Life.

I think the main extras for the Style compared to the Life is the sunroof and the tinted rear glass they all have the controls for the dual zone but only the Family, Max and Tour have 2 zones.

The spec sheet did have me head scratching for quite some time until I twigged what all the packs meant.

I have a Style and it’s definitely single zone climate control (the double buttons confused me as well...)

Yep one zone on mine too. I don't miss the keyless entry TBH but I really do miss a reversing camera. Has anyone here had an id.3 reversing camera dealer retrofitted ?

Corollary q: would it be a good idea on a leased car, or would I have to take it back out again?

If VW did an approved reversing camera retrofit then most lease companies would have no issue if you wanted to have it fitted and they would not normally bother asking for it to be removed. If it was a third party fitment then they would ask for it to be removed before hand back. Obviously this varies with each leasing company. This is assuming you are on a Personal Contract Hire, not Personal Contract Purchase which would allow you do what you wished as regards camera.

I would imagine that a retrofit reversing camera from VW themselves is a long way off. I have spotted this though:
