The charger end isn't the problem. Out of hours it's the EcoT end of the phone that's the problem.For those without a smartphone or even a phone how about one of these next to each rapid

When you can use it, the wifi it provides will not be on the Internet, but only allow access to get your charge started, apparently, and should prove more reliable than relying on cellular data coverage.Charging at Chievley I saw this on my phone.

It's still a dogs dinner, the RFID cards worked really well and they still haven't got back to anywhere near that level of reliability/usability.Credit where credit is due. This should help relax the nerves a little

I think RFID cards were more reliable because they didn't rely on having the right mobile phone and that a good mobile signal was available, it must be really frustrating for people with Windows phonesPeople complained bitterly about RFIDs. For me, it's not the card or app that is the problem but that you need to have a different set for every supplier going.
At least they will all have the same password.....or will theyWhy on earth do they have a different SSID at each site? Surely they could have had one common SSID and then you would only ever have to set it up once.
