Hi
Not sure but has anyone else had this ??
In this nice weather windows down sunroof open
All set wife in passenger seat arm on door top
Drive off and the auto lock activates
Ouch I heard ???
Oh the car Bit her she said sure enough a nasty mark where her skin was pinched in the button
1/2 hour later again same thing
Ok you could say don’t put arm there but it’s sort of a natural thing to do
Anyone else had this ??

Cars can be dangerous in the oddest ways. My mum had have stitches in her thumb after it got caught in the anti trapping mechanism on the rear door of a Ford Focus as she closed the door!

Not a 225xe-specific thing, but electric shocks can usually be avoided by touching the metal door frame before getting out. You then keep holding it until you firmly set your foot on the ground.

That’s what I’ve resorted to doing - open door, hold metal door frame and step out. Total pain though. Someone suggested wiping the seats down with tumble dryer sheets.
