You+Nissan Website

What have they done to the You+Nissan website? It has changed beyond all recognition. I used to use the journey planner on my PC to tailor routes exactly as I wanted them, with appropriate waypoints, then upload the route to my car. That facility seems to have totally disappeared: now it seems all they want to do is sell you a new car or book a service.

In case anyone is interested (doesn't look like it), I had a reply to my query with Nissan. They are currently working on sorting out technical problems with their website, and the journey planner and route management will be back when the problems are fixed.

I think most people have given up with hoping for any sort of reliable and predictable service from the “digital” side of Nissan.

It’s the ability of companies to change their services at a whim and sod the consequences for users that is the reason why I won’t have a smart charge point.

Has the web version of Nissan Connect EV ("You+... Post #4
Never mind the web version, I would just like ANY version of NissanConnect to work. I am finding the lack of 'digital' competence by Nissan breathtaking. I bought a showroom ENV200 in February, told Nissan on 25th February that their software refused to accept my vehicles VIN. They agreed nothing wrong with the ID and it was simply their software that was refusing it. They have been 'working on' this problem ever since.

Well, I'm sorry to hear of your problem, but I have never had any problems with the app - mostly used to turn on pre-heat on cold days.

There are (at least) two versions of the app. If you don’t get the version that works with your vehicle, you get the “wrong VIN” error message rather than anything more helpful.
