If you are making user of the OLEV grant then the hub will be included in the price. The hub is needed to make it a 'smart' charge point and will need to be connected to an ethernet port. They are sold as separate units but for a normal install it should be included in the quoted price.
The extra CT clamp is needed to monitor the solar generation, I haven't looked for a while but they were £15.
I have two Zappis and an Eddi and only need one hub and 3 CT clamps. I guess this is why they are sold separately.
