I have been getting more and more upset by the panel fit on my wifes ZE40 - the near-side doors fit nicely tight to the roof line, and the gaps between them are largish, but not too bad. However the off-side has a massive gap between the top of the doors and the roof, and they sit above the roof level as well. The gaps are also worse. I've had a look at the mounting bolts, but due to centralising "cones" you can't seem to adjust the doors at all. Is this a common problem, or am I looking at a crashed car that was hidden from us ?

I decided to just get it into our local dealer to have a look at - they had a new 50kwh play in stock, and blow me, both side door fits of that were the same as what I thought was the deformed side on ours - the guy basically stated that renault panel fit was "within tolerances" and we agreed their robots weren't very good at accuracy !! I've got to decide now wether to make our good side worse, to match the bad side !!!

Thanks for your input though.
