Hello,

Last year I reverse engineered the BMW i3's API. Now I've swapped to a Zoe, I thought I'd do the same again

All the details are on GitHub too. API is pretty basic - lets you see battery status, start preconditioning, set schedules. Basically all that you can do in the app.

There doesn't seem to be any way to get your mileage, efficiency, or anything like that via the web. Unless I'm missing something?

All I've done with it so far is set it to Tweet - edent's Car (@edent_car) | Twitter - but further suggestions welcomed!

@Terence Eden The API is not only very limited, and bound to what subscriptions you're holding, it is also fairly unreliable. Well, not the API itself, but the ability of the car to send it's data.

I have given up on that route long ago and went directly for the CANbus, which, with the help of a more experienced Android programmer, led to CanZE (SSP).
