I have a 65 plate zoe 22kwh i version (battery owned) wth 65000 miles and Quick charging -43kw

I would love to put in a 40kwh or 50kwh battery

can this be done through RCI or anyone else?

saw some you tube videos and know a guy from UK went to france to do it.

any info gratefully received

Highly unlikely, it was discontinued by Renault shortly after the announcement. The cost of the new battery + replacement is too high to justify an upgrade. A new battery is about 6.500 EUR and the cost associated with shipping, handling, installation, testing of the new battery is about 3.500 EUR.

My old Zoe had a 22kWh battery, rented, and Renault quoted 3.500 EUR for the costs associated with its replacement; adding on top the higher rental costs for the new battery, it didn't justify the cost so I didn't pursue the upgrade.

A 22kWh battery has likely a very low value today for end-users. It would be cheaper, overall, to probably sell your current Zoe and buy a 2nd hand ZE40.
