I hope you will not take what is written as an advertisement, because the intention is to draw attention to the feature offered when the new ZOE was advertising, but it is not available now.
I believe that all drivers of the new ZOE 50 are disappointed because we do not have access to information on energy consumption, as was the case with previous ZOE models.
The customer service here in Slovenia says that this feature will not be available.
However, anyone who monitors whether is a member of RZOC could see that a "real dealer" can enable this option by running "autoconfig". But not all dealers want to do that.

I started using TRONITY (TRONITY Your Car. Your Data.), where all this informations (and much more) are available.

TRONITY, however, can connect with some route planners, and supply it with real-time energy data.

Today I had the car at a regular annual service (78,95€).

In addition, they fixed BMS and information of energy consumption.

I had 89.4% SOH with a 5800 km and 300+ km GOM range at 100% SOC. After fixing BMS the SOH is 99% and the GOM at 100% SOC shows 385 km. So there is an obvious difference not only in SOH but also in range.

And energy consumption information feature is enabled.

Could you please describe how to access this menu. Preferably with the English menu names.

My car received his update (soh fix) today and I also asked them to turn this feature on..

But I can't find it 🤔

I really don't understand why we have to go through this whole inconvenience of the "dealer activation" process?

The manual clearly states that the "Energy Info" (or "Driving ECO" in my version on the manual) should be an icon within the "Car Info" menu.

Why is it not there when we buy the car?

Likewise the manual states that there is a "Tyre Pressure" icon within the "Car Info" menu...... I don't have that either. All I have is "Air Quality".

Because the software was never finished.

Makes you wonder why this can't be done OTA.

Just feel lucky you haven't got an ID.3!

Okay... I can understand that.

In that case you'd think they would fix everything in one go rather than the customer having to tell the dealer what needs to be rectified and how to do it.

I understand that there is an SOH fix which is another Actis number that the customer has to provide to a dealer and book the car in to be updated.

All of these fixes should be applied with a single visit to the dealer and they should know exactly what has to be applied and not rely on their customers to provide such detail.

Yeah, it’s a bit nuts.

I spoke to the dealer just now and I have an appointment with the Técnico to go through it next week.
