Got the My Renault app working now showing the car has had no activity since the weekend? Battery details not updating?

Looked on the network settings on the car which says its disconnected - I'm guessing that explains the lack of connectivity, but not how it came about?

You may need to pull a fuse, the following may help.

Thanks, had a look and tried removing fuse. Network came back but not details on app.
Spoke to Renault support, who suggested a couple of things - did that but still no joy.
The guy I spoke to said there is a known issue which they hope to have resolved by middle of September
