So car works fine at least, but still cant get the info from the car, messed about with the info screen last night (I drive it rarely) and scanned the QR code and logged in etc again, there was an update but it hasn't sorted the above issue out. Hopefully after a charge and a drive things will sort itself out....

 

Had a similar thing on my id3 yesterday but gone today. Just updated app after 3.2 update so I'm just going to wait for the software to settle down.

On the Cupra app, main screen from Vehicles Permissions at the bottom select option for High Voltage Battery Protection. This will stop the 12v message.

 

I took my formentor e-hybrid in for its two year service and it recieved an update to the battery management system as some owners have been reporting flat 12v batteries/higher than normal discharge.
