Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but here goes I'm in the process of buying a model 3 performance all doors locked and flat battery I've been told I won't be able to open the funk like normal behind the towing cover ?? One of the rear widows is open so my question is if I get inside and use the manual release for the drivers door can I then use the cables at the front to open the funk or will the car still think the doors are locked any advise welcome

You can open the frunk using a jump starter and emergency release mechanism only if the car is unlocked. If it is not unlocked, you will have to force it open. The Model 3 doesn't have a pull cable for the frunk you have to open it from the touchscreen, if there's no power then no touchscreen so you are stuck here, forced entry only.

Like other cars, I can imagine it won't unlock anything until the 12V is charged up - this is really no different to other cars, if the battery on a non-Tesla is flat, unlocking one door does not unlock the others.
