Hi everyone, hope you are all well.
I have been having problems with Bluelink on my 2021 Kona Ev - Facelift Version. It says there is no reception and after speaking to the Bluelink Team they came back and said that the sim was disconnected on 2nd November and I had to contact my local dealer to get them to perform a factory reset in dealer mode, check antenna and wired connections.
My local dealer cannot do this till March next year as its a warranty job, which I am unhappy about.
Is there any way that I can perform a factory reset in dealer mode instead of waiting 4 months.
Any help greatly appreciated.....Kenny

Try these….

To enter Hyundai or Kia Engineering Mode, you can try these steps:
  1. Press the Setup button or select All menus then Settings
  2. Select General then System info then Version info/Update
  3. Quickly set the volume to level 7, then tap Update
  4. Quickly set the volume to level 3, then tap Update
  5. Quickly set the volume to level 1, then tap Update
  6. Enter the password, which is 2400
  7. Select OK
A factory reset on a vehicle will remove all data and settings, reset the vehicle to factory values, and remove any paired phones and accounts.

Thanks Everyone, none of the reset instructions worked, I had already tried all of them before asking the question, but I really do appreciate all of your advice...I had to reinstall the infotainment update again and it now seems to be working properly, hopefully it has been resolved.
A little bit annoyed though that my Hyundai dealer thinks it accetptable to push Warranty repairs to the bottom of the list for repairs, but were quick enough to sell me the car.
