I've just sold my Leaf and so I no longer want it on my Nissan account. I can't for the life of me work out how to remove it. There don't appear to be any options in the app or the web based account. Can anyone help?

It's right there when you log into You+Nissan through the Nissan website:

If you're still physically in possession of the car I'd recommend going through all the menus and clearing personal data such as cached address book from your phone, your favourite waypoints and home location (!!) from both the satellite navigation section and also the plug in reminder section in the zero emission settings, unless you want the new owner knowing your home address and phone numbers of all your contacts...

When I bought my Leaf the previous owners home address was still in the satnav, as was their entire phone contact list as their phone had not been deleted.

The new owner knows my address and phone number. They'd struggle to collect it otherwise! 🙂
I have deleted everything from the car. When I bought this car and my new one the previous owners hadn't bothered though. That was fun in my Kia. I did a full reset, then spent ages working out how to change the speedo back to mph instead of km.

Good thinking. Doesn't work though ☹
Pasting your link takes me to that last page I posted above.
I'm beginning to think there is something wrong with my account. It's refusing to show me that page and it's just going back to the home page every time I try. That's why I can't see the options I need. I've tried three different browsers and OSs, so it's got to be an account issue.
Thanks for your help, but I think I'm just going to have to call Nissan.

I'll be glad to see the back of Nissan Connect. It has to be the worst app I've ever had on my phone. And that's including BP Pulse!

I had the same problem when I sold my 2014 Leaf; I contacted Nissan customer services through the website and they manually removed it for me. Apparently it was down to my account having been created many years ago, it was never properly migrated to the newer web-based owner portal, so impossible for me to log in to it to remove my car. They fixed it within 24 hours so hopefully they will resolve for you as well.

I had the same issue today trying to remove my old leaf. I use Firefox as a browser and could not get into my nissan account dashboard. I kept getting messages about the website not redirecting properly.
Tried again using MS Edge and got straight in to delete my old leaf.
