Hello,
We start to find different information about the battery pack of the Hyundai Kona.
The articles below specifies that the Kona is offered with 2 battery packs: 39.2kWh and 64kWh, Hyundai communicating on the usable capacity.
Hyundai Kona Electric - 250 Mile Range, 64-kWh Battery
Hyundai Kona Electric 64 kWh
We find also the information that the nominal pack voltage is 356V

Hyundai Unwraps New Santa Fe, Tucson and Kona CUVs
To reaches 356V, we will have a nominal voltage for each cell at 3.7V with a configuration of 96 cell. (3.7x96=356V)
For the battery pack of 39.2kWh, we can estimate a configuration with 192 cells (96s2p).
Considering that LGChem provides Hyundai just like Renault, Jaguar, etc. and taking over the same cells as for the I-Pace (58Ah).
We determine a battery pack of 3.7x192x58 = 41.2kWh, which gives a depth of discharge of 95%.
For the 64kWh battery pack, the number of cells must be increased and we can consider a configuration similar to the Chevrolet Bolt (288 cells: 96s3p).
If we keep the same cells as the I-Pace, the total capacity is not enough: 61.8kWh
LGChem has 63Ah / 3.7V cells used especially in residential storage (page 8 of the presentation below)
To reach 51.8V (3.7x14), 3.2kWh = 14x63x3.7

If we calculate the battery pack with these cells: 3.7x288x63 = 67.1kWh, which gives a depth of discharge of 95%
In summary :
Kona 40: Total capacity 41.2kWh / Usable capacity 39.2kWh / DoD = 95%
Kona 64: Total capacity 67.1kWh / Usable capacity 64kWh / DoD = 95%
