I haven't been able to remotely read back the battery status, or any driving data, since last Wednesday, 4/9.
I normally use myLeaf, but the official Nissan EV app, and also the You+ Nissan / Nissan Connect website show the same thing, i.e no data after 4/9. The website shows my subscription as:
Status: Active
Expires: 12/05/2031
NISSANCONNECT EV
I had similar symptoms about 18 months ago, and ended up replacing the TCU (I even wrote a howto ) but this time, I still have the 'connected car' symbol on the infotainment screen, rather than the car-with-a-red-line, so I think the TCU is OK. I also told the car to update the charging stations, which it said it did successfully, which also makes me think that it's connected, just not uploading data.
I tried the menu option for 'initialise all Nissan Connect Settings' (or something like that) but it hasn't fixed the problem.
Anyone had anything similar? Any bright ideas?
Cheers,
Ian.
