Lifespan, buying used e-nv200

My understanding is that although the battery chemistry is the same as the leaf, unlike the Leaf the battery is cooled and so often they see less degredation than the Leaf does/did - obviously this will vary vehicle to vehicle and owner to owner but I have considered buying an env200 in the past and have seen some seriously high mileage models (i.e. over 100,000) which still had relatively good battery health considering - Ontop of that battery switching with an env200 seems to be done fairly regularly now and is pretty well understood - switching up to a 40kwh seems like not to massive a job - As you've pointed out there is also Muxsan's options to add UBEX extenders and even CCS now although it is expensive - they and the leaf certainly seem the most moddable EV's around

Long term I think they share a lot of parts with the nv200 and leaf, plus they were pretty popular - so I suspect spare parts will be fairly readily available for some time

As a camper I think you'd need to look at the 40kwh as its doable with a 24kwh but most seem to eventually decide to go up to the 40kwh, the good news is that the market seems volatile enough that its not a massive jump up to get a 40kwh - the cheapest 24kwh seem to sit at around 10k where as 40kwh occasionally pop up at ÂŁ12-ÂŁ14k
