I've had an EV6 since launch in November 2021 and throughout this time Kia Connect and the car connectivity have worked fine until 29th December 2023.
After that I noticed that the app was no longer updating with car data, and I could no longer control via remote controls in the app. I've also noticed that connected services such as "Weather" give a connection error. This is both out and about and at home where I have always had good coverage.
Spoken to my local Kia dealership who recommended fully unregistering my account and registering again. The issue I have is that I can't seem to do this as when I try and deactivate Kia Connect to link to a new account, I get the below error. I also get "no service/reception" available on Kia Connect functions such as "Weather" wherever I am.
Anyone had this issue and fixed themselves?
Out of interest does anyone know what network(s) Kia uses (presume it might use Vodaphone, Three, O2 or one of the main networks)?

3. In the Kia app when I try and refresh status I just get the following whether on Wi-Fi of 5G (iPhone 14).
