Has anyone had a similar issue with their ohme epod charger like mine? Consistently going offline and not charging.
I've lost count in the past month how many times this has happened and each time I'm asked by the helpline to reboot the system I. E. Turn off my property power for 20mins and back on again... Surely this can't be a solution.
