How do you get the Nissan account ID for the car? I'd like to get this working on my 30kwh - assume the process is the same though. Using my email address that I use with Nissan hasn't worked!

Got mine working, this is on the 2016 30kwh system. Email didn't work but the user ID shown in the NissanConnect EV android app worked. It's not a user ID I've seen before. You find it by going to the 3 line 'hamburger' menu just under the Nissan logo towards top left of the app after having logged in, then pick 'user' from that menu. It's a mixture of letters and numbers.
