Switched to Intelligent Octopus, dashboard still says Go?

MY Go tariff runs out in 12 days, so today I switched to IO. Went through the process OK, test charge worked. It set a schedule and charged my car between 1130 and 1200 (which actually was 1030 - 1100 local time but anyway). Great.

But if I log into my Ocotpus account it says I'm on Go still. I've had no confirmation email or anything from Octopus to say I'm now on IO. I can see the car as a "device" in the Octopus app, but there oesn't seem to be a way to turn off smart scheduling.

I've emailed Octopus but of course won't hear back from them for weeks, meantime I don't actually know which tariff I am on, or how to switch off the IO control of my car if I'm still on Go.

Anyone been through this recently able to advise?

It’ll swap at midnight to IO.
you’ll probably have some mysterious pricing info if you look at your account, as you have the standard, Go and IO all showing their different pricing at different times.

if on the app you have devices showing the car or charger, you have IO set up correctly. If you don’t plug in you get the standard 6 hour block. Plug in and you may get extra time periods.

Well, nothing has happened overnight. Still says I'm on Go Faster.
I have no clue whether to keep with my Go Faster times (2130-0130) or charge the wifes car and home batteries on the IO fixed period (1130-0530), or charge the Tesla on Intelligent of the Go Faster times. I can make a guess either way but might get shafted.
Doesn't help I haven't had a bill for ages as there's a chunk of missing meter data, which Octopus were told about, said they were looking into but haven't followed up on (been going on many weeks). I'm not looking forward to arguing to toss months down the line

I've emailed Octopus but they take weeks to reply to anything.

Same on both app and web site.
Might try Twitter but shouldn't have to.

I know people rave about Octopus but their back office functions and customer service is crap, if cheerfully delivered (eventually). I remember the switch from variable to Go Faster ended up as a weird limbo state as well.

I have exactly same issue. Switched this afternoon. Can see car as device in app but still on Go Faster. So currently wondering whether to risk charging according to IO times or whether to stick with Go Faster Times. May just go for the 2 hour overlap to play it safe 😂 OP did the issue resolve itself ?

It did, I got an email after a few days and it changed over at midnight. I think the answer is stick on your Go timing until then.
