Octopus seem to have done an update to the 'app' and I have lost the Intelligent settings (state of charge, time ready, etc.) nor can I see any way to 'reconnect' my car. The tariff shows as the same so it is not as if I have been moved accidentally or deliberately between tariffs. The car was charging as early as today during the 2-3pm free energy session but I have no idea if it will charge up overnight. I can ask them via customer service but a response in the next 4 weeks doesn't exactly help with this. Does anyone know what is going on here?
