No internet connection.

 

Thought so. Restarting the thing doesn’t fix it so if I want to use the timed charging looks like it’s support time

 

Mine shows white for a minute or two until it boots up.

 

I just left it alone for a few days until my car arrived. By then then the colour had changed and so far it is working 😬. It’s 6 years old so I am not sure if it ever had a sim etc. I checked for a WiFi signal from the pod point and couldnt see one

 

Hi all, I hope to recommission my 2016 pod point home charger for my return to EV motoring. It hasn’t been used for a year and when I turn it on the status light is white. Does anyone know what this means. (Pretty sure this isn’t a WiFi version and when I scan for WiFi there is no pod point showing). thanks

How long did it take to turn green for you ? I have same issue. White and won’t charge. It’s a recommissioned one. Am assuming maybe the IOt SIM card expires or podpoint remotely deactivate them.

 

In the end I had to get them out to replace the main board on mine (was still under warranty), following which it worked fine.
