Hello all, I'm hoping there is a Skoda wizard amongst us. I have the middle 'error' light showing on the 3-pin plug charging cable when I plug into, you guessed it, a 3-pin plug. Any ideas what it relates to and how to clear it?

She charges fine from a proper charger on a Tesco car par with the other cable so I'm fairly happy of no issues at the car end.

Thanks in advance!

Looks like a problem with your 3 pin socket.

Have you been charging on reduced charge (in your connect app, there's an option)?

If not,you have likely overloaded your 3 pin socket and it's burnt out.

If so,get it replaced and only charged on reduced current which takes longer but won't burn out the socket.

Or...the cable is broken
