Cupra Born factory reset

Following a service, the My Cupra app tells me the car is offline. Privacy settings and icons say it is online. Car has also stopped talking to octopus charger. " A factory reset " I thought - but the car says "I'm afraid I can't do that". Nor will it remove me as primary user...can't remove car from devices on Octopus app. Help please!

SEAT dealers in Woking fixed this last week, software not set up properly after the service/OTA update apparently.

Yes crazy, ours actually came back from dealer like this after they replaced the mirror down lights for 4th time! So annoying as we are with OVO and the car won’t report the location so the charge won’t start. Had enough of the connectivity issues with this car.

Hi, sorry to hear that. No, have tried several times but have now booked car in for dealers to have a look. Seems absurd that the option to start again from scratch does not work.
