My displays have just all switched themselves to display in kilometres per hour rather than miles per hour. In some ways the car is clever and in a 30mph limit it is displaying the limit as 48 kilometres per hour. Where is the setting to revert to mph?

Happened to me too recently and I struggled to find the setting. Used to be in one of the menus on the screen in front of the steering wheel but no longer it seems. I ended up doing a search 🔍 for "km" on the infotainment screen and the menu item came up first on the list.
PS note it seems to be user specific so you'll need to do it for both user accounts if you have more than one.

Yes, it's a bit odd how some settings on the infotainment unit affect the main cluster all right. I'd seen the relevant setting in the navigation settings but wouldn't have twigged that that would change everything on the main cluster as well if I hadn't read it here a while back.
Mind you it came in handy when I visited the UK recently as I could switch everything to mph temporarily, although it does beg the question as to why it couldn't do it automatically based on the GPS position
