Credit houses have access to a much more up-to-date credit search history, but its just a search its not going to impact much.

PCP is coming, but the residual profile needs to be calculated - most finance houses are much less likely to trust Tesla at their word and Tesla are not guaranteeing buybacks on the the 3 as they did on the S/X.

I believe it should be within a week they will appear, I have been told representative 4.9% on a PCP - but the residuals are still not known, I suspect they won't be great - Blackhorse etc will not want to be on the hook for any pricing shenanigans if Tesla are not guaranteeing buybacks.

finger crossed then I can afford the cheese on my beans on toast.

The PCP option was displayed as an option by Tesla the morning the 3 first launched, I know because I saw it, and there's a screenshot somewhere online.

They removed it after an hour or so.

95% sure the GFV was ÂŁ19,500 after 48 months on the following spec:

SR+
Black
Aero
White interior (can't remember if I added this or not)

Yes but 50% at 4 yrs should make for some pretty competitive PCP deals, lets hope these figures are correct.

My Leaf 30 Tekna is nearly 3 yrs old, i paid 20k Brand new for it and WBAC are offering 14k to me now, dealer offering me 14.5k as trade in on a new Leaf. These residuals are IMHO high due to to supply/demand but in 4 yrs i doubt supply will be an issue , who knows what demand will be though.

Pink leasing (used to be Totalmotion) sent me an email advising M3 SR+ was available at ÂŁ435 ex VAT on a 9+35 lease, 10000mpa.

That works out to 4698+(35x522)= ÂŁ22968 over 3 years inc VAT (77p/mile assuming you use the full 30000 allowed).

Seems a tad pricey to me but perhaps reflects a lack of confidence in EV residuals in 2022 when multiple players should be pushing volume.

(On the same advert they offer eTron 8kpa for ÂŁ26027 over 3 years and 24000 miles = 108p/mile)

*corrected arithmetic, thx!*

Surely you mean 30,000miles as it is over 36 months...which would be nearer 77p per mile
