I know it was valentine's day but to me that sounds like some form of tie up. Maybe to allow roaming to non-Teslas at Superchargers through the Fastned app, and Autocharge or similar functionality for Tesla's through Thier Tesla account?

With roaming becoming a requirement it's probably worth starting for Tesla

Paid this a visit today when giving our new car a first run, something to watch out for is the ANPR parking
You can register your reg in the IBIS, but it's not actually open, there is a note on the door to text a mobile number with your reg - you get a response back after 5 or 10 minutes saying its been registered etc.

Charger worked great (although I couldn't get it to work at first but that was a 'me' problem).
Main reason for visiting really was to get the car registered for Auto Charge - will see if that works on the next visit.
