Hi all,

I have an 8-cell module of lev50 cells from a salvage i-miev. These are also in the Peugeot Ion and Citroen c-zero.

I will test all the cells so that we know they are good, the first one I tested reported 50Ah which surprised me however the max discharge rate I can use is quite low for a battery this big (using an rc charger) and a slower discharge will result in slightly higher capacity so it’s difficult to determine what exact capacity they will report once installed in an i-miev but I’m confident they are good cells.

PM me if interested, price would be £50 each. Can post but would need to get quotes, all cells will be kept at storage voltage after testing.

Cheers

Hi!
one problem doing what you are about to do is that when you have changed the worse cell, you will find a second worse cell.

are you using canion?
There are more than one error possible on a batteries. Capacity and power delivery
Try to identify at least 8 cells and change them all.

I changed the whole battery pack in the end.
I’ve 88cells in a storage with around 30ah left.

I’ve them in Stockholm.
