My meters are both under the stairs plus a light switch, immersion hearter timer and Dyson charger.
Hopefully they will be ok

 

I think there mustn't be less than 150mm between the gas meter and electrical apparatus, there's a minimum distance for cables too but not sure what it is but Google knows.

 

That's right, it's in BS6891, which is referenced from Section 528.3 in BS7671:2018 (the wiring regs). The 150mm is from the gas meter itself, not the edge of the meter box, so in practice it's not usually an issue:

 

Thanks all for the advice. If it's just 150mm clearance that's not going to be problem.

 

I believe a gas appliance or mains should be atleast a 1500mm from electrics. Unless it's different for cars but I doubt it ...
