Generally on Hyundai Motor Group vehicles you need to press and hold both LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the key fob to disable keyless entry. On my EV6 you need to do this every time you lock the car (press lock then press and hold lock and unlock until the indicators flash 4 times) as there's no option to permanently turn off keyless entry in the head unit menus.

My 2019 Kona had keyless entry where when you got to the car you could press the button on the door handle to unlock the car to get in, so I guess they may also be vulenerable.
Quite some Konas have been stolen in Madrid, allegedly using the same method. So yes, they are vulnerable.
