Linking Electroverse App to Octopus account

Hello All

I signed up to octopus energy and commenced supply on the 1st. However when i log into the app with my same email from my account i can't see it is linked. Anyone know how to do this?

Hi Joe,

If you're logging in to Electroverse using the same credentials as you use for your Octopus account it should be linked automatically.

To check in the Electroverse app, tap on PROFILE, and then PERSONAL INFORMATION and this should show your Octopus account number (usually starting A-F).
