Try a hard reset - press both steering wheel buttons and the brake until the screen goes blank. Does the onscreen map display OK?

 

Thanks, yes the map is working fine, just no radio.

 

Get straight on the app and log it, the Tesla folk will quite possibly be able to check this remotely and maybe fix it remotely too. Don't think I recall hearing of any other owner having this issue?
(I'm assuming here it is under warranty of course)

 

Yeah log it in the Tesla app.
Sometimes I find that particular stations aren't available for unknown reasons (as in, they just disappear from the screen, most annoyingly it's usually Radio 4 at a time there's something I want to listen to), but it's never all of them (other than for a few moments after a software update) and has always sorted itself out after a while.

 

You're kidding nobody, we know you're strictly a Smooth Radio and Jazz FM man - nice!

 

Nowt wrong with a bit of Smooth or Magic Soul - especially on the commute. Helps when dealing with all the idiot drivers on the roads.

 

I've had to switch to Radio 6 to drown out the rattles.
