You'd think this Kempower solution would be great for someone like Gridserve who want to expand sites rapidly on weaker grid connections.
It seems to be quite a new device, so for all we know Gridserve might use it in the future.
Gridserve also have also used onsite battery storage to achieve a similar effect.

I was very impressed when I first saw these chargers on the TB channel. Think he first showed them last year. It's a great design to prevent the cable dragging on the ground. That video shows how they load share. Very clever design. Yes you'd think UK networks would be looking seriously at it. I think it's CCS only, so will upset the Leaf and Zoe groups. They definitely would need to whack some 22kW posts as a bolt on.

Great to see it open, 10 mins from my house so I am sure I will be using it in Feb/Mar when I get my ID4🤞

Finally!! Made it, coming in thick and fast which is nice 😁👍
7.5 hour journey back to Cornwall from the Midlands - here's hoping all chargers on the way are so available and fast 🤞
This is off the main Birmingham to Wolverhampton Road, 1750 rush hour and as you can see, packed and queues for miles 😂 ( lights would be nice - couldn't see a thing )

Knew it was too good to be true - Gloucester full, Michaelwoods only 50% working.... but that's all I need ,😁👍
Doing well in the old beast. Getting GOM of 97 miles at 1°C .....hohum

aarrggghh... Had to fight to get my car back!! App threw a loop and wouldn't communicate with anything and helpdesk all gone home!!! (wtf???) couldn't stop charge and free cable. Reset button was my friend - thinking about it, it would probably have autoterminated at 94% - I was at 90. 🤫
So apologies to anyone that followed me in there. I tried to reset it 🤔
( It's people like me etc&etc)
Bridgewater moto going well... If only I could park in the space provided properly - ass hanging out somewhat.
I'll shut up now... and get home to Cornwall at some point no doubt....

I was there at the Wolves Osprey charger at around 5pm Sunday afternoon, 3 of the 4 were vacant and in working order and 1 guy just finishing charging. I was just checking the site as not been there before and not getting my ID4 till Feb/Mar and this charging station is about 10 mins from where I live.

This is pretty ideal for me to use as my local fast charger especially if there is usually a charger or two available at most times. I shall be able to use at times that should not be busy perhaps 6pm to 10pm so therefore avoid having to wait to charge.😁
