Yes the car is not shutdown... is only thing u don't have "pedal" on acceleration... The rest of car working... U can charge it by towing...

 

in 2 km of towing can have another 2 of range... fare enough to reach a charging station... instead of charging 1 hour for 10 km on a wall plag...

 

But how do you that actually.. Just put the car on B, attached the cable and let it get pulled?

 

not B directly.. D first, reach some speed, recup 1 than recup 2 no more... if you are tow by small car...
