Renault E Tech charging issues

I have had 3 separate issues when my E Tech has not recharged. This has happened in two different cities and with at dozen different charging stations as I spent frustrating hours driving around to numerous ones. Last time down to 6 percent battery level. Then out of the blue it just starts charging.....until the next time. I contacted all the providers of the charging stations and checked with them if they were in working order. They all were.

No luck with the company I lease the car from. They do not know what to look for. and avoid getting back to me. I will be getting in touch with them again tomorrow but my hopes are not high

Has anyone had similar issues and perhaps solutions?

Was it AC or DC stations that had the problem? Can't say I've had any problems so far and the few times I did it was the station. For example one DC had problems but there was also a woman with Tesla and she said it didn't work for her either.

I've had a 2-3 red light problems with the Zoe so far, but those went away when I changed to other post.

So my experience so far = ABC, always blame charger.

These problems are being reported with ac chargers, dc chargers appear to be okay.
