Renault Kangoo EV Vebasto and electronic problems

Hello
I have a problem with electronic.
First step was Webasto short circuit, second step was automatic gearbox. Webasto not working. Gearbox sometimes working sometimes not working. Before was turned off ignition and start again and everything is fine. Today need work with computer, clear faults. Please help me. Thank you for answering. Mvh Deividas

Pirmas žingsnis buvo Webasto trumpasis jungimas, antrasis – automatinė pavarų dėžė. Webasto neveikia. Pavarų dėžė kartais veikia kartais neveikia. Prieš tai buvo išjungtas degimas ir užvedimas iš naujo ir viskas gerai. Šiandien reikia darbo su kompiuteriu, pašalinti gedimus. Prašau padėkite man. Ačiū, kad atsakėte. Mvh Deividas

The Webasto auxiliary heaters do tend to fail after time, but I have no idea how that is linked to your other fault other than the CAN doesn't like seeing an open circuit. Can you disconnect power to the heater and see if this cures the other issues?
