Good morning all,

Any tips, tricks and gotchas with this?

I thought I had done everything correctly - departure time set, temperature set, car not connected to charger - but nothing happened.

The departure time was set for 0930, so according to the app the climate stuff should have started to happen 30 minutes earlier at 0900: but nothing happened.

I have switched off the scheduled charging and used the simple start climate control button and that has worked fine.

I am puzzled…….

You have to be plugged in for the scheduled departure climate control to work. If you don't want it to charge, just set the charge limit to below the current state of charge. Bluelink climate control works without being plugged in but uses the traction battery, reducing your range slightly depending on how long you have it on.
