New to this form and trying to find if i have an issue with the Mii electric. Had the car a few months and generally very happy with it until the weather has got cold. Ive driven it today when the outside temp was around 7 degrees and couldnt get any heat into the cabin. Set the heater controls to various settings up to and including 'HI' and its blowing cold air. Tried various settings including auto and running the AC but nothing produces any heat or even warmth through the vents. Did about a 20 minute journey and didnt make any difference to the heat being produced.
Car was new in Aug and only covered 650 miles, im hoping there is a fault here somewhere other wise ive bought a car that wont be able to be used for the winter!.
I know i have heated seats and screen but its not very pleasant driving with freezing cold hands at my age!
Anyone had similar issues?

The heater should work well and heat up much more quickly than a fossil car however it you are in the most power saving Eco mode it limits the power of the car in acceleration and cuts power to other items most notably the heater. It's a mode of last resort for moments when you are worried about making it to a charger or the next motorway exit and the car goes into it automatically if you ever get down to turtle mode with only a few miles range left.
If the heated is not working with the car in a more normal mode then I think it's a fault.
