Tesla seems to have lost connection to intelligent octopus and now can’t get beyond test connection. Can anyone help?

Hi all

have been on intelligent octopus and never had this issue before. Got home today, plugged in and I’m getting a message on the app I need to test connection. When I try to it says I can’t do so (see picture). Car is charging when plugged in but can’t connect and be controlled by octopus as per normal. I’ve re added virtual key etc.

Anyone know how I can resolve this?

Have you added the virtual key? I was asked to disconnect and reconnect a few months ago as Tesla were changing the protocol and the new one required a virtual key. The email said if I didn't do it, things would continue to work but at some point stop working when the protocol changed, and I'd need to then disconnect and reconnect anyway.
